********** and breaking GDPR law

Under the GDPR law I believe Ebay is acting *******ly. They refuse to close my account or delete my bank details off their system. Customer service states "we are not able to delete your account cause its suspended" - and suggest that its bizarre that I want to delete something that is not functional. My problem is that they still have my bank details. I cant change it. And they took money off my account even after my account has been suspended and I ask them to delete my account.
