Empty promises

<p>The seller can simply cancel an order without giving a valid reason. Actually, no reason at all. The resolution centre is channeled and does not give options to report a problem with a purchase. Their notification email give options to respond but doesn't work, option to view a case but if you click on it just tells you there's no case, case search just tells cannot find a case. The contact us option is continuously hashed out and at no point can you be able to use it.</p>
