eBay's poor service

I have ordered an item and waited for almost 2 months for its arrival. Only when I contacted them they told me that my item went missing. I left feedback letting them know that I'm unsatisfied with their lack of communication. When finally they contacted me back, they told me that they'll only send me my replacement in exchange for a positive feedback. So basically they refuse to send me my replacement which I already paid for. This is pathetic service! Shame on you eBay
