Ebay wedding grown purchse diseaster

<p>i purchased a wedding grown on ebay in april and its now June. now the problem is that the seller is not communicating with me, i send the seller emails but no avail. the seller needs to put tracking number on the item so that i can track the item and the is no tracking number on the item. the dress is customer made the seller needs to communicate and ask for my sizes but nothing. i asked eBay to help me and resolve the issuse but some how its impossile and i would like to be refunded cause im not happy and wont be purchasing anything there but i must say they have beautiful wedding growns and i really wanted the dress i purchased. so in this case i dont know if the problem is the seller or eBay but i would like my issuse to be resolved</p>
