eBay , usual worst experience in shopping possible.

Long story short , went on their site , ordered 3 items from one of their sellers ( Transmaxx) , put 3 items in one shopping cart , checked out and paid . Only then noticed that each item was listed separately with its own shipping bill not all three together and one shipping bill , they are each the size of a golf ball . I then also saw it was with UPS who don't operate in SA. I immediately contacted seller Transmaxx who said it's not them but eBay , I then contacted eBay who said no ! It's the seller who is doing shipping , so back to Transmaxx who insist it's eBay and Transmaxx were really ***** in their replies , playing dumb . Eventually Transmaxx say that I should go to another seller , but without saying they refunding or what's happened to my items . Truly the worst service by both organisations one can imagine. I keep promising myself not to shop through these on line channels as they never work and you land up with more problems than success . It works out cheaper to just go to the stores yourself.
