eBay useless beyond words
It's been over 5 weeks that I have attempted to get eBay to follow up on 3 parcels purchased from Transmaxx, the tracking shows it's been stuck in one place since 22 Feb , and has not moved . I have written to both eBay and Transmaxx and both are as unhelpful and as useless as the next . eBay have complete idiot's working in customer service incapable of reading an inquiry and providing help in any sort of way . The one even got the country and continent mixed up .. The link to track local and domestic does not work and you can tell them till you blue in tha face . eBay should be closed down they cannot run an online shopping enterprise, they are beyond useless and I wish I had read the complaints before attempting to buy through their platform. Don't people if you do expect a nightmare. They are useless useless useless useless.

28 Mar 2023, 21:43Still nothing from eBay or Transmaxx, have reported them to the South African Consumer Council who have given them 14 days to reply, I don't think eBay give a hoot about service or reputation they rely on numbers they only have to satisfy some of the customers some of the time to stay in business. It's appalling and disgusting that eBay are not held accountable to customers..

Still nothing from eBay or Transmaxx, have reported them to the South African Consumer Council who have given them 14 days to reply, I don't think eBay give a hoot about service or reputation they rely on numbers they only have to satisfy some of the customers some of the time to stay in business. I cannot emphasis the need for online shoppers to avoid eBay and Transmaxx there are so many other options that offer far superior service and after sales care . They even ignore the government watchdog for consumers in SA who have written to them after I lodged an official complaint to our governmental watchdog. Such is their arrogance over customers.
