Ebay unfair practice

I was flagged for a unpaid item on eBay as I wanted to purchase a product and have it delivered to South Africa to my address but when I wanted to pay for the item a message came up that said the item cannot be delivered to my location I must choose another location I don’t have another address so how can they expect me to pay if they can’t deliver, that is more like a ****. I did reply to them explaining that they cannot deliver to my location but they are not prepared to assist in resolving the issue only to flag me.
