eBay Terrible first time experience, a total nightmare

Absolute nightmare experience!!

So, I wanted to join ebay. Buy and sell some items.

1.) My account was suspended while I was creating my first adverti*****t. Note: it was suspended before I pressed the SAVE button.

Account reinstatement: a) They wanted a complete breakdown of my intentions with my ebay account. So I was compliant . b) I was requested to provide proof of address and identification. So, I was compliant. c) I've linked my existing Paypal account. d) I was requested to phone them. Not providing any reason for this request...

2. Ok, so after contacting the CEO of ebay my account was reinstated, So, I've decided to publish my FIRST listing.

I created my ad. Received a confirmation email, but the ad didn't show up for approx 48hrs. No fault/decline message received.

So I've received a single response to my ad.. guess what.. My account was AGAIN suspended. BEFORE I had to opportunity to respond to this 1 x inquiry.

My actions since creating my listing: a) I've browsed a few listings b) Didn't alter my adverti*****t in any way. c) I've also contacted a trusted ebay seller and made an inquiry.

3. So, where am I now.. my account is suspended.

I've made a multiple inquiries to ebay support center, with no help! I did receive this strange automated message. "This is an invalid eBay email address. " The strange part is that I was logged in making one of my requests for assistance, the other communications where directly sent from the same email address.
