Ebay supports their vendors ***** techniques

Ebay does nothing against their vendors *****. I bought a car part with OEM code. The OEM code on the part was WRONG. Stay away from this trader: audi_parts_dealer On my mails to get the refund, they never answered a single line.. total ignorance.. from Ebay too. Is my second time I used Ebay and the second total failure. Wrote several emails, not one answer.. not even a automated one.. total joke that company
