eBay - shocking service

I purchased a battery for my laptop on 13 June 2019. They sent me an order confirmation and shipping details. to date - 9 November 2019 - I still have not received my goods . I have sent them several e-mails requesting an update but they have all been ignored. I think this is disgusting service for such a large online company
