eBAY sellers telling buyers are *****

eBay was not bad when I received my first order, everything was what it was described. Then I followed up on order placed in October 2019 , few times.. All was said will track the item... Still waiting on response! Eventually I get an reply. " You received your item in October , and forgot where you put it". So now I got a item which I didn't and a seller telling me I forgot where I put it... Nice professionalism on this sellers. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that shipping may take longer. So on May 2020 still not received anything I can not refund this because too old. SO in my perspective you as buyer will never win DO NOT BUY AT eBAY, you will get promises and then get a seller telling you are a **** that you did receive your ITEM.
