eBay ****

I had contacted them because i need a refund as i have not recieved my items for over 4 months. They claim my refund has been paid but they cannot send me proof. One day i talk to this person, the next day the other. And so the story differs. One day they will say it has been paid into the acc the deposit was made from, the other day they will claim to have paid it into my PayPal acc. I never up to this date experienced such commonness and Unprofessionalism. None of them worries about it. I am from South Africa. I will not recommend that anyone from here uses eBay, I have lost over R2000 there.

Very unprofessional people, Untrained staff, and very very Unworried about digging deeper into resolving issues. They make mistakes and then want you to fix their errors. I spoke to my banker and even sent eBay the bank statements on dates which they claim the refund was made. My banker told me over the phone, he could see my deposits but no refunds. not even one, eBay ****med me...There is not a different way to say this.
