EBAY'S DON'T CARE ATTITUDE

I ordered a product advertised on Ebay with delivery period of 2 weeks. I eventually received the parcel after 2 months, but it didn't work.<br> <br> After contacting the supplier and getting no response, I contacted Ebay. They responded to my case as follows: \We've considered the case carefully and decided not to issue you a refund. We're sorry this didn't work out". Can you believe it?! In other words I paid for a product that doesn't work and Ebay decides (without seeing the product) that it's just too bad. To top it all"
