Ebay robbing us money

<p>I purchased 2 items on Ebay on 21 March 2016 with item number <strong><span class="itid">***</span></strong> and the estimated delivery date was 07 April 2016. when I visted the site I noticed that it was indicated the seller no longer registered with Ebay. When I try contacting them and their response is Ooops your email could not be sent </p>
