ebay Refund policy sucks

The items are great. The problem is getting them. If you live in South Africa or anywhere on the African continent your delivery takes longer than usual. If your item doesn't arrive, good luck to you because you are on your own. You will literally have to jump through a dozen hoops to try get your money refunded. It gets very frustrating. You are actually better off buying from wish.com because at least wish has a superior return policy because you speak to an automated bot who loves returning money so it's super customer friendly :)
