eBay - Poor response and waiting for Refund since November 2018

I bought and paid for 3 items through online eBay from their 3 different suppliers going back as far as November 2018 but they fail to supply the goods citing excuses like goods lost in transit etc. I have been complaining to eBay but they just ignore my emails.
