EBAY ONLINE NOT SECURED SITE TO BUY FROM - NO JOY MY CELL NO ***

On the 1st of December 2019 I bought a mens watch for my husband on Ebay, after many time on e-mails and chats with Ebay, they wasn't been able to help me. How can you manage to sell / buy goods on Ebay if Ebay cant assist with straight forward info that they must assist you with. The company / the seller on Ebay , I have contact him numerous times for the following info. On the Ebay app you have the tracking info, the tracking number is incorrect. THIS parcel can't been traced nowhere!!!!!???? Ebay told me I must phone Paypal to log a new dispute, no joy with them as well.
