eBay not helpfull

Hi eBay users . I have a number of parcels that have either not been sent or ****** along the way . eBay sets an expected delivery date and once that date is achieved merely moves on . You cant locate tracking numbers you cannot contact eBay except by using their very carefully constructed multiple choice meaning less questionnaire. I am rely disappointed as I have had a number of successful interactions on this site . Time to move on I guess
