Ebay motorbike touring screen MIA, tracking order MIA, client will never return.

Hi Peter,

I'm a south african, and I bought a motorbike touring screen on Ebay. Initially when I made the order Ebay explicitly said the order will take longer due to covid. But it seems the refund policies never adjusted.

Long story short. I never got my item. I tried getting help from Ebay and they are just as useless. They don't help, they just throw the policies in your face. Even after I've sent them litterely all the info. I've sent all the info to the seller as well. When I went on tracking my order it never made any progress.

The seller doesn't contact me anymore, the link to my order and tracking it dissapeared. I made this purchase 7 months back. Luckily I still have images about my order but Ebay is utterly useless and cost me a lot of money. The guy with the parts stays in the UK. The order was placed in Feb March 2021. He even has the best ratings. Yet unable to deliver and possibly continue ******** people.

As a software developer and client. I've gone out of my way to deal with this pain but no luck.

I don't recommend Ebay to any South African or anyone. Ebay's business is useless and they don't care.

Nothing I hate more than people *****ing your money. It was an expensive gift for myself. I don't have money laying around throwing it at overseas people. I regret buying from Ebay ever.
