ebay is the best...

I ordered a waterproof CAT phone pouch, from Spain. I waited for over a month for the delivery. It never got to me.... ebay investigated the order and discovered it did not have a valid tracking number... Within a day, they had refunded my money for the offer, which was never received. ebay is the best. Very impressive!
