eBay is Pathetic

I have placed an order for a Sonysmar****ch 3 strap and casing. I paid for the item on 2nd June 2022. The Seller who is Plastikwerk by the name of Chris is absolutely pathetic. This strap was meant to be for a birthday present. He promised me that I will receive the item between 4th and 7th July 2022. Today is the 10th September 2022. After numerous email's and messages he still hasn't responded to me! I will NEVER order anything from eBay again. Then there is Naina whom I asked to please assist me she/he is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. He/she said that if I don't remove the negative feedback he/she won't help me!! ***
