eBay don’t deliver paid for item - No refund!

I bought an item in December 2023, to date I have not received it nor have I been refunded. I’m not eligible because I missed the 30 day refund window, even though they said delivery may take months. The item was delivered to the wrong address, on a different continent to my address, clearly a mistake by EBay and/or their seller. They refuse to help any further and are simply pulling up their shoulders. What a disgrace Ebay!!! Shame on you
