ebay does not care about buyers

After days of battling to do a purchase on ebay, I am looking for another source to buy the item I want. ebay does not have a way to get in contact with them, only a dumb robot to handle enquiries. No sign of AI; it has only one line of thought, irrespective of what words I use to describe the problem. Then it responds with inappropiate solutions. None of the solutions is applicable to the problem. The seller marked the item as available for international shipping, but ebay refuses the transaction as it will not ship to South Africa. The dealer is willing to sell to me, but ebay blocks the transaction.
