Terrible! I posted an item.. Buyer bought item and paid via paypal. Then buyer stated his account was hacked. Ebay asks paypal for a refund and although I provide proof if delivery. Its all automated it gets approved. I am forced to pay a refund plus pay the sales fees on ebay and the buyer sits with the goods
