eBay - arrogant *******

eBay owed me a refund. They paid my refund it into a PayPal account which was not mine. Thereafter I had to get all sorts of details from PayPal who were very assisting but eBay chose to ignore this, as it did not suit their format. They paid into an incorrect and they should investigate. In the end, they advised that they will read and not respond to any of my queries. *******.
