Ebay are theives

I purchased an item which was suppose to be by february.its now going into June and I still don't it.i requested a refund they refuse.i cannot even contact the seller the website case has been closed and it's almost 4 and half months and my item did not come.thete is no other way to contact them...pls hello Peter every other review here is the same issue.why are the getting away with this.this is totally wrong how can they still trade with type of customer service. Can you pls assist all these ppl into getting answers cos eBay has their own type of ***** goin on.
