eBay and Paypal non delivery.

My experience with eBay is not happy. I paid for an item R533($40). I was notified that the deal could be of a compromised source. My bank advised me to cancel my card. After NUMEROUS(More than 5) tries, i could not get my money repaid. EVERY agent that I dewalt with tried to help me. Not ONE of them had proper business ethics. They ALL regarded my problem as sorted out, which it was not. I gave up. I am minus my $40 despite eBay guaranteeing delivery or your money back. THEIR GUARANTEE MEANS NOTHING.
