eBay and Mens.land ****************

I bought a product through eBay and Mens.land.

The order was paid for and placed on 4 April 2020, and latest delivery date was specified as Fri, 15 May 2020. After not receiving my item and moving house, 15 May 2020, I tried contacting the seller asking to change the delivery address, to which they rep**** "its not possible". I kept on monitoring the delivery and on 22 July 2020 I posted an application for a refund as it's been 4 months after I have ordered and paid for the items without receiving it. The seller responded with the following "Your order is on its way! We want to make sure you are happy with your transaction. If you don't like it....too bad! #ManUp #JustKidding #WeCare #Alittle".

I find this message highly offensive and realized the company have absolutely zero customer care values.

in the end the order was returned to the seller by Australia post. On 24 July 2020, I received a email stating the items are back with the seller and I have to pay an additional $40 USD to ship it to me.

eBay did not help as they just said, "shipment was delivered" and closed any method of communication. I have since spoken to cusomer service representatives and they advised the following: "You did not qualify for refund as you lodged the refund application after the due date, which was one month after the estimated delivery date." I have rep**** and stated that I kept calm and waited patiently for the order to arrive. To this date eBay has not helped me in the slightest, they have closed the case and moved on.

I paid for a product and received nothing. This to me is ****************.
