EBay Allows **** or ********** Advertisers

Since November 2018 I purchased 14 new televisions and each time I purchased and paid only to find after some days that it was a ********** Advertiser. Despite bringing this to the notice of eBay such ********s are allowed to continue selling Televisions at Bargain prices. Please advise if anybody tried getting the FBI police or Interpol Police to investigate such sellers as eBay must have their Sellers contact details and personal information.. In the meantime Banks are charging the credit card with transaction fees, currency conversion Admin fees, and interest rates. So buyers are losing big time. Please provide advise
