eBay , 3 months later , no delivery and no refund , they are disgusting ****s and ******.

On 15 Feb purchased car parts through eBay from Transmaxx , three parts from the same web page , when I checked out they billed me three different shipping fees instead of a placing the three small items into one small package, the shipping came to triple the price of the goods . Three months later I still have not received one of the three parcels , let me repeat that !!! I have not received one of the three parcels !!! Each one has a different tracking reference number, all three cannot be found by eBay . Three weeks ago I was promised a refund on all three packages, another lie by eBay . I have reported them to the Consumer Council, eBay haven't even responded to the council's letters .
