eBay 12 days shipping and 5 days stuck in one place , pathetic and useless, avoid .

I ordered 3 parts from Transmaxx 12 days ago , today when I track the parcel it arrived Johannesburg on the 22nd ( courier service, but it won't give you which company) today is 8pm on the 27th , nearly 6 days it has sat in the same place . I informed both Transmaxx and eBay to not use UPS as they don't have a sister carrier in SA , I warned them this would happen , they ignored me and charged 3 times the value of the package for shipping fees . It's now 5 days in one place having taken 7 days inthe USA .., 12 days in total to ship3 golf ball size parts ( solenoids) . It's the most pathetic unresponsive service you will ever find. If you want to buy online don't buy via eBay they are beyond pathetic. As for Transmaxx Transmission parts, even worse , avoid .
