E-Bay stay away

During lock down we decide to try out E Bay, what a adventure it was. we created a pay pell account. well it has been 6 months still no product no refund. apparently it is to late for a refund. that is not all they can not help me track the product we ordered we have to contact the seller. I assume this is China? and where ever in the word. I order from ebay? now from my cell phone I have to find the seller. let me add our profile don't show any record of our orders. no service no assistance, just wanted the money! never ever again Naomie
