Dont order from eBay if you are in South Africa they think its a city in Germany

I placed an order on 18.3.24. On 18.4.24 following advice from eBay I contacted the seller because I had not received it and the status said it was in Germany yet I ordered it for South Africa. As it still said estimated date was 10.5.24. Neither eBay or the seller was interested in helping tell me why it was stuck in Germany. ebay refused to help because it was not yet 10.5.24. On the 22.6.24 I followed up again but I still could not get eBay online to accept a return or reason why not delivered. It still has not arrived and ebay are not accepting correspondence.
