do not deliver

I have ordered a ring from ebay paid for the ring and but have never received the item. when we ask ebay to find out why we did not receive our item they simply said they side with the seller and sorry or us we will not be refunded.... every body must be careful when they shop<br> p online with ebay they do not deliver at all
