Disgusting service from eBay and seller cuff1897

I purchased a smart watch(Item # ***) from seller-cuff1897 on 21/12/2015. I have sent 2 emails to the seller and didn't receive any feedback. I do not have a tracking number to see where the parcel is at the moment and there is no response from the seller. <br> <br> I have tried to have the matter resolved with the eBay customer service department however all I received was an instruction of their dispute process even though I mentioned to eBay that I only need a tracking number. <br> <br> I have sent an email to email [Email Removed] on 13/01/2016 inquiring about the tracking and still didn't receive any feedback. <br> <br> eBay's has been very useless in resolving the issue and I am now loosing R 177.00 that has been paid to the seller and not proper process of getting the money back or resolving issues. <br> <br> Disgusting service from eBay as well as seller cuff1897, I will never recommend anyone to eBay and will delete my eBay account as soon as this query is resolved. <br> <br> Disgusted buyer- Sibusisomatumb-0
