Disappointing service...don't use them

Got some parts delivered. Other parts wrongly delivered, buyer has to fork out the coat of return shipping. Getting customer support is impossible, trying to close your account is just as difficult...got an error on their trying to close my account. Lost 1700 rand...will never ever use Ebay again. Will also ensure all my forums know.
