Disappointed due to no delivery of goods

Hi,<br> <br> I am terribly disappointed as I bought goods from eBay a dress and a watch and I paid $21 for a dress and $15 for a watch but to date I have not received mt goods.<br> To a point that I will never ever use it again. I thought my products were delayed due to the post ofice strike but its been 5 months now and nothing is forthcoming.
