I respond to a add on E bay wich I've used before to purchased and get goods delivered to my physical adress. Asked the seller to give me a \TOTAL COST"to buy and deliver goods ALL INCLUSICE to my physical adress as before from United States to South Africa. After I paid the quoted price through Pay Pall the goods arrived in Durban S.A. I was informed that the \""Quoted\"" price dit NOT include import taxes"
