CANCELLATION OF ORDER

I made a purchase (my first through Ebay) and it didn't go through, so the next day I re-ordered the same item not knowing that the first purchase went through. I contacted Ebay immediately and asked them to cancel the first order and all I've received are stupid emails back from them telling me to contact the Seller but don't include the Seller's contact details. I STRONGLY ADVISE NO ONE TO PURCHASE ANYTHING ON EBAY IF THIS IS THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE. They sell on behalf of the third party and are not willing to assist the Purchaser who keeps their company viable. I suggest no one purchase from them because they think all SOUTH AFRICANS ARE STUPID
