Motion detection does not work as claimed 3. camera does work sometimes but not always 4. We have tried to do bird watching in the garden, camera has not picked up one bird so far WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A FULL REFUND PLEASE URGENTLY We are sorry to hear about the problems with the purchase that you are having. Some of the communication received from the seller amcrest: 1st reply We have sent you an email with the shipping label to your email address! ********** once we have received the item back, we will process the refund! 2nd reply Some units come this way from the factory. Since we get these complains sometimes we get these units replaced. We tried offering a replacement but you declined. So we accepted a return, there was no point in involving ebay, as this will delay the matter even longer. We do provide full refund, but in this case, since you did not have patience, you will have to wait until we receive the items back before you will receive a refund.Is this your first time purchasing an item on ebay? 3rd reply We have not received this back yet, once received and processed, we will provide you with a refund.
