Exceptional client services
EB Solutions has been absolutely amazing in dealing with my elderly parents whenever they have any issues regarding their medical aid . Incompetence
In my dealings with medical aid brokers, EB Solutions has by far been the most pathetic in terms of customer service. They do not respond to messages nor do they assist with medical aid processing. They should be reviewed and taken to task.
