Bad workmanship and after sales service

Did business with them twice 6 years apart.First time round went OK except that I struggled to get them out to come and re paint the steel work on shadeport.They did however honor their warranty eventually and re painted everything.

Second time round was in 2023.George went out of his way to accommodate my needs,but however there are a few defects that needs attention. At first my phone calls and whatsapp messages were answered,but not anymore. They never came back to repair the list of things I am not happy about,nor answering any phone calls. I don't think they will sort me out at all.
