Terrible service

On January 16, 2021 I made the mistake of taking my laundry to Eazi laundromat in PTA North. I had planned on only getting my things washed, however I was convinced to leave my items to be ironed as well. Upon collecting my items I was told one of my sheets got burnt. Nomhle who is the owner then suggested that the sheet be replaced, to which I said that I would go look for something similar and come back to her with a price. I went back to the shop and one of the workers who clearly did not want to give me the owners number said that I should use the number on the flyer as she has access to the phone. I sent two prices on Sunday February 06, 2021, I've had to call them everyday just to get the manager to call me back for a merge R380, which she assured me would be paid today (11/02/2021) and that she would send me proof of payment, I am still waiting for her to revert back to me...... Never take you laundry to this place
