Poor management going against my rights.

Thank you for taking the time to raise this matter with Eazi Access. We appreciate and welcome any feedback that assists us in becoming better at what we do and being a better employer for our staff.

We investigated this matter as soon as it was brought to our attention. Our investigation revealed that the employee was granted a day’s family responsibility leave on his request. He then requested an additional day’s family responsibility leave on short notice and, although it was not granted, he did take the day off. No action was taken against him, nor did he lodge a grievance with the company. It was further established that a family member of the employee reported the matter on social media.

We at Eazi Access believe the matter was amicably resolved with the employee. We aim to retain a good reputation as market leader with our employees and customers and will continue to actively evaluate and improve our employment standards.
