Hit by EAZI ACCESS vehicle in 2022, refuse to fix damage caused by their employee

In June 2022 an Eazi Access employee bumped the back of my car with a company vehicle. Since that date the company has refused to fix my car or compensate me. For over 3 years I have received no resolution, no feedback, and no accountability. It is unacceptable for a company to ignore a damage claim caused by their own employee for this long. I am requesting urgent intervention to repair my vehicle or provide full compensation.
