Eaves skylights , they're a ripp off!

I had roof windows installed by them end of November 2019. They're situated in 19 Denval Industrial Park Fischer Ave, Epping 1. I paid them the R18 000.00 even before installation. When i got home the weekend after, i had a proper look at it; opening the windows etc. checked saw one of the windows are twisted and not properly aligned and i feared that it might leak when it rains. For 2 weeks they did not respond to any of my emails, phone calls or the messages i left on the answering machine and when it started to rain after 01:00 in the morning my husband had to create funnels so that the new ceiling don't get totally damaged and we had put buckets and towels on the wooden floor which we had installed the day before. The owner Nigel sent me a whatsapp message that it is not their fault and they'll only come out if i agree to his conditions to cover their costs for coming out. He justifies their substandard work and blames the contractor that worked on my roof although his guys did not even seal the sheets. In the mean time i approached an engineering company who gave me report that validates my suspicions re: Eavesky's inferior work. I'm certainly taking this to the consumer protector as well.
