Thanks for great service...Big ups to you

My insurance Dial Direct referred me to an assessemnt center (Easy Way centre) in Menlyn and already i was bracing myself for bad service. When i could not get the directions on google maps i called the call centre and was assisted by Lavern and she effortlessly, surely with a smile on her face, assisted me by giving directions. When i got there an oldman assited me....also effortlessly. I was expecting to be there for at least 30 minutes and in 5 minutes i was done. Wow!!! we need the kind of people i just encountered at the Easy way centre. You make me proud to be South African, where everything is possible.
