I booked my car in for an assessment through my insurance and within 5 minutes they had contacted me to book an appointment at a branch which is convenient for me. when I arrived I was greeted and escorted to the very comfortable visitor's room. I relaxed with my baby and watched TV with my baby. There was also a variety of drinks available for me to help myself to and sweets in the room. The room was warm and i could relax with my baby. They further polished the scratches on my car because the damage was not that bad. So overall I had a fantastic experience<br> <br> Great work and keep it up!
