on arriving at the centre we were greeted with a smile by her and the security, the frustration of trying to find the place for over an hour was quickly forgotten, as we were told by the Insurance to bring the car and nothing more was explained , so we did not know what to expect, the gentleman explained the process <br> and we ushered to the waiting area and she offered us coffee, and in no time we were done, the process was easy and quick .<br> <br>
