Friendly staff assisted us timeously and were very helpful in giving us directions to their location. <br> We were seen to immediately and greeted in a polite and friendly fashion. <br> While we waited for the assessment to be finalised, we were offered tea and coffee and made comfortable to wait in the waiting area. <br> Overall, a very easy and painless process. I highly recommend this organisation. <br> Thank you.
